Morningside Mortgage Corporation is a full service mortgage brokerage and real estate consultancy firm founded in 2005 by Grant Stern with it's first headquarters in Miami's Morningside neighborhood where he also lived. In 2009, the firm relocated to Bay Harbor Islands where it remains to this day.
Our company maintains relationships with local and national bank lenders as well as private investors, mortgage banking firms and hedge funds which gives our brokerage the ability to fund loans of all sizes and types. Our firm's founder is often sought out by local and national news sources for commentary on realty and mortgage market issues with a particular emphasis on the condominium market.
