Client supplies income and asset as requested, signed loan application and disclosure documents
Automated Approval Obtained or Lender Pre-Qulification Obtained
Order Appraisal, Title and Property Insurances
Submit loan to lender
- Satisfy contitions for final approval.
Obtain Condominium documents (as needed)
/ Obtain payoffs (as needed)
Present Preliminary HUD-1 Settlement statement
